Deposit: none for same-day rent & return (half day, 4-hour cargo, 8-hour classic bike).
Included in every price: approved helmet, secure lock, phone holder, route map and our direct number. Charger from the full day up, spare battery on 2-day rentals and longer.
Pick-up and return hours — Tuesday – Friday 09:30 – 18:30 · Saturday and Sunday 10:00 – 19:00 · Closed Mondays. No fixed pick-up slot: come when it suits you.
Late return: €15 per started hour — please call us if you are running behind.
From 4 bikes, or for a week and more, ask for a group quote — we adjust the price.

What happens next

You get a confirmation email straight away with your reference and the PDF receipt.
Show that reference (screen or paper) at the shop, 4 Rue du Faubourg-de-Saverne, with an ID.
