Deposit: €99 per bike for anything kept overnight or longer (24h, 2, 3, 5 or 7 days). It is a hold on your card, not a debit, released when the bike comes back.
Included in every price: approved helmet, secure lock, phone holder, route map and our direct number. Charger from the full day up, spare battery on 2-day rentals and longer.
Pick-up and return hours — Tuesday – Friday 09:30 – 18:30 · Saturday and Sunday 10:00 – 19:00 · Closed Mondays. Choose an available pickup slot online; last pickup 30 minutes before closing.
Late return: €15 per started hour — please call us if you are running behind.
From 4 bikes, or for a week and more, ask for a group quote — we adjust the price.

What happens next

You get a confirmation email straight away with your reference and the PDF receipt.
Show that reference (screen or paper) at the shop, 4 Rue du Faubourg-de-Saverne, with an ID.
We set the bike to your height, hand you the helmet and lock, and off you go.
