E-bike rental near Strasbourg station

VeloRouge is at 4 Rue du Faubourg-de-Saverne, about a five-minute walk from Strasbourg main station (Gare de Strasbourg). Leave the glass hall by the main exit, cross Place de la Gare and head along Faubourg-de-Saverne — you are riding within ten minutes of stepping off the train.

Walking directions from the platforms

Follow signs for the main exit under the glass shell, come out onto Place de la Gare, and take Rue du Faubourg-de-Saverne on the far side of the square. The shop is on the right, with a red arched front you cannot miss.

If you arrive with a suitcase, the pavement is flat the whole way — no stairs, no cobbles until you reach the centre.

Why start a ride at the station

From the shop you are already on the ring of protected cycle paths: the canal towpath west towards Molsheim, the Grande Île and the cathedral in under ten minutes, and the Rhine and Kehl in about forty.

It also works the other way round: ride to a village, put the bike on a regional TER train and come back. Bikes travel free in the dedicated space, space permitting.
