How you end up owning the bike

The €5/day plan is a rent-to-own path, not a lease that ends with nothing. Twelve months of paid usage, completed at your pace inside a fifteen-month window, and the bike is transferred to you.

  1. 01

    Ride and pay monthly

€5 a day, billed monthly. Maintenance and wear parts are covered the whole time.

  2. 02

    12 months within 15

Slow season, injury or a trip home? Pause without losing progress — you have 15 months to complete 12 paid months.

  3. 03

    The bike is yours

We transfer ownership and hand over the paperwork. No balloon payment, no buy-out fee.

  4. 04

    We still look after it

We carry the spare parts for these bikes in stock and service them at a nominal price for as long as you ride.

Offer reserved for riders who can show a delivery activity (SIRET number or proof of activity).

A bike that is down is a shift you lose

That is why the guarantee is on availability, not on promises. Bring the bike in during opening hours and we work on it within two hours.

2-hour intervention

Walk in during opening hours and your bike goes onto the stand within two hours — no appointment.

95% uptime, or we swap

If we cannot get you rolling the same day, you leave on a replacement bike at no extra cost.

Spare battery included

A second battery ships with every plan, so a long evening shift never ends on an empty charge.

Rider questions

What exactly does the €4/day plan cover?
A connected electric bike, a spare battery and an anti-theft lock, plus the 2-hour intervention guarantee and 95% uptime with a replacement bike if we cannot repair yours the same day. Routine maintenance and wear parts are not included and are charged separately, and this plan has no path to ownership.
What does the extra €1 a day buy me?
Two things: all routine maintenance and wear parts are covered, and the plan becomes a path to ownership. Complete 12 months of paid usage within a 15-month period and the bike becomes yours.
What happens if I stop for a month?
Nothing is lost. You have a 15-month window to complete the 12 paid months, so a pause for a slow season, an injury or a trip home simply pushes your ownership date back.
Who services the bike once I own it?
We do, if you want us to. We stock the spare parts for these bikes and service them at a nominal price — you keep the same workshop you already know.
Who is responsible for damage or theft?
Normal wear, mechanical failures and routine servicing are handled by VéloRouge under the terms of your plan. Damage from a fall, a collision, negligence or theft remains the rider's responsibility. A condition report is made when the bike is handed over.
Do I need a SIRET number?
The offer is reserved for riders who can show a delivery activity — a SIRET number or another proof of activity is enough.
Is there a long commitment?
The €4/day plan runs month to month. The €5/day plan is designed to run 12 paid months so that ownership transfers, but you set the pace within the 15-month window.

No hidden fees. No bad surprises.

Tell us which plan you want on WhatsApp and pick the bike up at 4 Rue du Faubourg-de-Saverne, in the centre of Strasbourg.
