From a family of six to a 60-person company offsite: we reserve the fleet, brief your riders and hand over a route that fits your time slot. Every group is quoted individually — tell us the date and headcount and you get a written proposal.

Two ways groups ride with us
Leisure groups book for themselves and split the cost; companies book on behalf of their people and need paperwork. Same fleet, different handling — pick the one that describes you in the form.
For yourselves
Leisure & family groups
Friends, families, wedding parties, clubs and school trips exploring Strasbourg at their own pace, with a route we prepare for your group's level.
Whole-fleet reservation for your slot — nobody arrives to find bikes gone
Child seats, kids' bikes and cargo bikes for mixed-age families
Self-guided GPS route on your phone, matched to the time you have
Helmets, locks and a spare battery per group included
One payment or a per-person split — you choose at booking
Best for 6–25 riders, birthdays, reunions, clubs and school outings.
Team offsites, seminar breakout activities, client incentives and European-institution visits — organised as a billable service with proper documentation.
Formal devis (written quote) before you commit, valid 30 days
Invoice issued to the company, payable by bank transfer
Your PO number and cost centre carried on quote and invoice
Staggered departures so 40+ people leave without a queue
Hotel, seminar venue or Palais de l'Europe delivery on request
Best for 10–60 participants, seminars, offsites and client events.
Pick the closest one in the form — we adjust length, start time and route once we know your programme.
2–3 hours
Discovery ride
Petite France, the cathedral and the covered bridges. The safe default when the group has a half-day and mixed fitness levels.
4 hours
Half day
City centre plus the Orangerie and the European institutions, with a coffee stop built into the timing.
8 hours
Full day
Strasbourg and out along the Rhine or the canal towards the vineyards — lunch stop of your choice.
90 minutes
Seminar slot
A short, punctual loop that drops the group back at your venue between sessions.
4 hours
Cruise stopover
Timed to your ship's departure, with bikes waiting at the quay and a hard return deadline we own.
2–7 days
Multi-day fleet
Bikes reserved for the length of a conference or a family stay, with chargers and spare batteries.
All group formulas are priced on quote — the rate depends on headcount, duration, bike types and delivery. Tell us what you need and we come back with a figure in writing.
Built for company purchasing
Corporate bookings fail on paperwork, not on bikes. Here's what we hand over so your finance team can process it without chasing us.
Devis before commitment
A numbered written quote with headcount, date, formula, VAT and total. Valid 30 days, nothing charged until you accept it.
Invoice to the company
Issued to your legal entity with SIRET and VAT number, payable by bank transfer. No participant has to pay out of pocket.
PO number carried through
Give us your purchase-order or cost-centre reference in the form and it appears on both the quote and the invoice.
One named contact
Prashant Kothari owns your request from the first email to the day of the ride — you never re-explain your brief.
How a group booking runs
01
Send the brief
Headcount, date, preferred formula and anything unusual — mixed ages, a hard finish time, a PO number.
02
Get the devis
A written quote within 24h on working days, with the fleet and timings we would hold for you.
03
Confirm
Accept the quote by email. We block the bikes and send the meeting point and rider briefing.
04
Ride, then invoice
Fitting and briefing on site, ride, return. The invoice follows the same day for company bookings.
Request your quote
Two minutes. It reaches Prashant Kothari directly and he answers within 24h on working days.
Your contact for groups
Prefer to talk it through first? Call or write — a five-minute call usually settles timing and headcount faster than three emails.
Up to 60 riders in a day, usually split into waves of 15–20 leaving 15 minutes apart so the group stays manageable in traffic. Tell us the headcount and we confirm the departure plan in the quote.
Why is there no price on this page?
Group rates depend on headcount, duration, bike types and whether we deliver. Rather than publish a number that would be wrong for half of you, we quote every group individually and put it in writing within 24h.
Can you invoice my company?
Yes. We issue a numbered devis first, then an invoice to your legal entity payable by bank transfer. Send your PO number or cost centre with the request and it is carried onto both documents. Questions on billing go to prashant@tourdewheel.com.
How far ahead should we book?
Two weeks is comfortable for up to 20 riders; for 30+ or for dates in the Christmas market season, four to six weeks. Last-minute requests are still worth sending — we answer either way.
What if the weather turns?
We agree the cancellation window in the quote. Groups can normally move to another date at no cost if we are told the day before; the exact terms are written into your devis so nobody argues later.
Can you deliver the bikes to our hotel or venue?
Within Strasbourg, yes — hotels, seminar venues, the Palais de l'Europe and the cruise quays. Add the address in the form and delivery is priced into the quote.
Do you take school and association groups?
Yes. Say so in the message and we adapt the fleet to the riders' ages and add supervision-friendly timings. Associations get the same written quote and invoice as companies.
Tell us the date and the headcount
Everything else — bikes, route, timings, paperwork — we come back to you with in writing.
