Corporate booking questions
- How many riders can you equip?
- We regularly equip groups of 10 to 40 riders. Larger congress groups are possible with notice, usually in staggered departures or split across two half-days.
- Do you deliver to our hotel?
- Yes. From around ten riders we deliver to the hotel entrance, fit each bike on the spot and collect them the same way. Central Strasbourg addresses, including Stay Collection properties, are a short ride from our shop at 4 Rue du Faubourg-de-Saverne.
- Can you invoice the company with a PO number?
- Yes. We invoice the company directly, accept a PO number on the invoice and issue the quote in French, English or German.
- Why is there no price list for groups?
- The honest price depends on headcount, duration, delivery and how many cargo bikes or child seats are involved, so group rates are quoted rather than listed. The quote arrives the same working day.
- How much notice do you need?
- Ten to fourteen days is comfortable for twenty to forty riders. Smaller groups are often possible within a few days; congress weeks in Strasbourg should be booked as soon as the programme is confirmed.
